James Edward Saunders

Biography

 James E. Saunders is a Professor of Otology / Neurotology at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center in New Hampshire, U.S.A. He completed an M.D. at the University of Oklahoma, Residency & Research training in Otolaryngology at Duke University Medical Center, and a neuropsychology fellowship at the House Ear Institute. His research includes cochlear implant outcomes and cost-effectiveness, remote hearing screening and service delivery in low-resource environments, ototoxicity and environmental toxicity, and otology and skull base surgery techniques. He is a past AAO-HNSF Coordinator for International Affairs and current Co-Chair of the Coalition for Global Hearing Health.
