Dr Khin Myint Senior Researcher, Emerging Virus Research Unit at the Eijkman Institute for Molecular Biology in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is originally from Myanmar. She has spent over 30 years working on arboviruses and respiratory viral pathogens. She is most interested in understanding spillover events that lead to emerging viruses.
