Nayem Molla

Biography

Nayem Molla is a dedicated advocate for disability rights and assistive technology access from Bangladesh. His field of expertise includes assistive technology, inclusive policy development, and disability rights promotion. As an Assistive Technology User Fellow with the International Disability Alliance, he has contributed to global advocacy efforts, policy development, and knowledge creation in the field of assistive technology. His experience also includes roles with organizations such as CEPPS, where he developed resources for youth political participation, and the Microgovernance Research Initiative, where he focused on inclusive youth engagement and diversity in political processes. Nayem holds a Bachelor's degree in Pali and Buddhist Studies from the University of Dhaka and has participated in various international training programs. Recognized for his impactful work, Nayem was awarded the prestigious “Amra Notun Young Changemakers' Award 2023” by BRAC. His unique blend of assistive technology expertise, coupled with strong skills in advocacy, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement, positions him as a valuable contributor to shaping global assistive technology policies and practices.
