Prakash Ghimire

Prof Dr Prakash Ghimire, professor of Microbiology at Tribhuvan University, Nepal, is currently the Chairperson of the Ethical Review Board of the Nepal Health Research Council. He has served as Country Coordinator of the Fleming Fund support to Nepal on AMR, ASM ambassador to Nepal, worked at WHO HQ, SEARO, WPRO and the Country Office in Nepal during 2004-2017, in different professional capacities, served as Research Ethics Committee Chair, Member of IRB at University, member of WHO COVID-19 & Ethics working group, ACT-Accelerator and Ethics Working group, COVID-19 Vaccine R & D working group and GOARN.
