Ralf Weigel

Ralf holds the Friede Springer endowed Professorship of Global Child Health at the Witten/ Herdecke University, Faculty of Health, School of Medicine, Germany. His work encompasses all aspects of global child health, including quality healthcare services, policy-making and health systems strengthening, pedagogy of learning and teaching and student engagement. He previously held positions at the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine and Malawi’s Ministry of Health.
