Biography

Prof Samuel Kweku Dadzie is an Associate Professor of Medical Entomology with the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research in Ghana with over 26 years’ experience in vector research with interest in Malaria, Arboviral and Neglected Tropical Diseases. His current research interest is on vector surveillance in relation to Aedes-borne arboviruses. He is one of the founding members of the West African Aedes Surveillance Network (WAASuN) and currently the chair of the Network. He was also a member of the team that drafted the WHO/TDR guidelines for Entomological Surveillance of Aedes mosquitoes produced by collaboration with WAHO.
