Biography
Dr Saleem, MBBS, DCH, MSc, FCPS community medicine, and Noormahomed Pirmahomed Sheriff Professor is the Head of the Population and Reproductive Health Section of Department of Community Health Sciences (CHS), Aga Khan University Karachi. The focus of her research has been the reproductive health of women and newborn health, having published around 200 papers in national and international journals. Her research portfolio emphasizes interventional research, community-based cluster randomized trials, individual randomized trials and mixed-method designs conducted within international partnerships. She is the Senior Foreign Investigator of Research for Pakistan, for the Global Network for Women’s and Children’s Health Research.
