Tsion Firew

Dr. Tsion Firew is an associate professor of Emergency Medicine at NYU and clinical faculty at King Faisal Hospital and Africa Health Sciences University in Rwanda. She previously served as an advisor to the Minister of Health of Ethiopia on Emergency Care and Strategic Partnership and worked as an associate professor of Emergency Medicine at Columbia University in New York. She is an advocate for high quality Global Emergency Medicine, Universal Health Coverage and women leadership.
