Ms Yuliia Kalancha

Yuliia Kalancha is a dedicated public health advocate with 13 years of experience in policy, advocacy, and communication in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Leading the TB Europe Coalition, she has pushed for innovative, impactful advocacy, integrating civil society and TB-affected community voices into TB response strategies, in line with WHO policies.

With a Master's in Law from Ukraine, Yuliia leverages her expertise for equitable healthcare access, focusing on community engagement, standardization of community-based support services, multisectoral collaboration, and capacity building, catalyzing collaboration between civil society, National TB Programmes, and WHO.
