GISRS 70th Anniversary
Created in 1952, the Global Influenza Surveillance and Response System, or GISRS as it is known now, is celebrating 70 years of success as a worldwide network, highlighting its value to broad respiratory virus threats including influenza and SARS-CoV-2, and setting its sights to the future.
