FAO and WHO invite you to join us at our upcoming event, to find out more about the recently developed FAO/WHO food control system assessment tool.
The scope of this event is to:
- Introduce a comprehensive assessment tool; and
- Increase awareness on the benefits of assessing a national food control system
The event is designed for senior officials as well as technical officers from competent authorities involved in the operation of the national food control system. It is nonetheless open to anybody with an interest to find out more about the FAO/WHO food control system assessment tool.
During the event, you will learn about the tool content and structure, the steps of an assessment process and the potential outcomes of an assessment. You will also be provided with links to supporting resources for practical use.

The launch will be operating in English language only, but the assessment tool and supporting resources are provided in French, Spanish, Arabic & Russian languages.
