Services that offer PrEP for HIV infection are a major opportunity and gateway for improved STI management and response. This webinar intends to present the current situation and a stepwise approach for the integration of STIs in PrEP services based on a recently published WHO guidance Integrating STI services.

Objectives
- present rationale for the integration of STIs in HIV services;
- provide current normative status for the provision of STI services for people on HIV PrEP, focusing on African countries;
- provide practical guidance to policymakers, programme and facility managers and other health workers to support implementing and improving STI service integration in the context of HIV service provision by using a stepwise approach; and
- highlight facilitators, barriers and lessons of integrating STI services integration in different settings and populations in Africa.
