Diagnostic testing considerations for viruses causing Ebola and Marburg virus diseases

In this webinar we described the rationale and development process of the interim guidance on diagnostic testing for Ebola and Marburg virus diseases (EBOD and MVD), and looked into critical testing aspects including type and timing of sampling and testing, workflow in a field laboratory and biosafety requirements. We heard from colleagues in Rwanda on scaling up testing capacities for an outbreak response.
