Entretiens Jacques Cartier

6 October 2025
In-person (invite only), Lyon, France

The Entretiens Jacques Cartier (EJC) is a French-speaking platform for exchange and research between the Rhône-Alpes region, France and Québec, Canada. This annual event alternates between the Québec region and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region each year.

This year, the WHO Academy will host a seminar as part of the event that explores the social acceptability of the ecological transition, which often faces resistance to change. It highlights how health, emphasized since the COVID-19 crisis, can act as a lever for sustainable urban transformations, linking urban planning with health-promoting public policies.
