Overview

This manual will prepare staff to oversee data collection for a computer-assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) survey in a consistent manner. If the guidance is followed correctly, results will be comparable across countries and time.

The intended audience for this manual includes trainers responsible for field supervisor training and field supervisors participating in the training for the mobile phone survey. The manual assumes that readers have prior experience supervising data collection for in-person surveys.
