Cambodia-WHO country cooperation strategy 2024-2028

Overview

The Cambodia–WHO Country Cooperation Strategy 2024–2028 represents a joint effort by the Royal Government of Cambodia (RGC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to provide a holistic approach to address the country’s health priorities and map a way forward from a vertical, disease-based approach to health care and towards more integrated, impactful and sustainable solutions.

This new Country Cooperation Strategy (CCS) will contribute to the realization of the Pentagonal Strategy – Phase 1 and reflects the goals of the global WHO Fourteenth General Programme of Work 2025–2028 and the vision for WHO and Member States in the Western Pacific: Weaving Health for Families, Communities and Societies in the Western Pacific Region 2025–2029.

Together, the RGC and WHO are committed to continuous learning and will regularly assess the implementation of the CCS and make adjustments when needed to optimize impact.
