The Role of Parliamentarians in the Sustainable Development Goals, Seoul, Republic of Korea, 24-25 November 2016

Overview

The 2nd Annual Meeting  of the Asia-pacific Parliamentarian Forum for Global Health was hosted by the national Assembly of the Republic of Korea, with technical support from WHO WPRO and other partners, in Seoul, on 24-25 November 2016.  The technical theme was health in the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. with focus on the role of parliamentarians in mainstreaming the SDGs into national development plans, achieving Universal Health Coverage, and promoting multisectoral action.
