Overview
This document outlines the Country Cooperation Strategy (CCS) for Switzerland and the World Health Organization (WHO) for the period 2024–2028. This non-legally binding tool aims to achieve greater policy coherence at all levels of cooperation by articulating the synergies between Swiss policies for international cooperation – the Swiss Health Foreign Policy (SHFP) and International Cooperation Strategy – and the WHO Global and European programmes of work. The CCS will provide a practical basis for the coordination of these interactions, with the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health acting as a liaison between WHO and the relevant federal actors.
