Overview

The Evaluation Policy, as approved by the Executive Board in 2025, defines the overall framework for evaluation at WHO, fosters the culture and use of evaluation across the Organization and facilitates conformity of evaluation at WHO with best practices and with the norms and standards for evaluation of the United Nations Evaluation Group.
