Overview
The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) supports countries with the standardization and continuous collection, analysis, and dissemination of information on the functioning of the health system as a whole and more specifically on availability of essential health services and barriers to the provision of services.
This report presents the results of the first comprehensive analysis of HeRAMS data collected since its implementation in 2019. It provides a detailed insight into the overall functionality of the health system including availability of essential services. Moreover, the report identifies main causes of dysfunction and impediments to service delivery.
