HHFA Indicator reference questionnaire October 2023

Overview

The HHFA Indicator reference questionnaire reflects the HHFA Combined questionnaire: availability, readiness, and management and finance (core and additional questions). However, it includes an additional column: Indicator ID. This column contains the unique three-letter identification code of the indicator(s) associated with each question. The indicator ID code can be typed into the search box of the HHFA online indicator inventory to find the indicator metadata. The Indicator reference questionnaire is used as a resource during the country questionnaire adaptation process to promote understanding of how questions relate to indicators and to highlight the implications to indicators if a question is deleted. Country adaptations should be made to the relevant questionnaire and not to the indicator reference questionnaire.
