List of internal audit reports 2021

Overview

At the conclusion of each audit assignment, the auditors prepare a detailed report and make recommendations to Management designed to help manage risk, maintain controls and implement effective governance within the Secretariat. This document lists the reports issued under the 2021 annual audit plan of work and provides, for each report, its title, date of issuance, date of audit closure if applicable, and rating of the overall audit conclusion (satisfactory; partially satisfactory, with some improvements required; partially satisfactory, with major improvements required; or unsatisfactory).
