Report of the Independent Allocation of Vaccines Group on the allocation of COVAX Facility secured vaccines: 29 July 2021

Overview

The present report contains the deliberations of the sixth allocation round, which is the fourth allocation round involving the IAVG. For this sixth allocation round, the IAVG was convened on 23 July 2021, during which 10 out of the 12 IAVG members were present, and quorum was achieved. The deliberations resulted in consensus on the vaccine allocation decision (VAD) proposal, with no divergent views recorded. The meeting was chaired by the two IAVG co-chairs, Dr  Arlene King and Professor Dr Narendra Arora.
