Overview

The Global Network on Evaluation (GNE) aims to: 1) promote independent evaluation as a means to improve programme performance and results through lessons learned and evidence-based findings; and 2) build a community of practice for evaluation across WHO. This document forms the Terms of Reference for this informal, internal network of evaluation colleagues.
