Universal Health and Preparedness Review (UHPR): national report of Sierra Leone

Overview

The Universal Health and Readiness Review (UHPR) is a intergovernmental mechanism led by Member States, with the support of the WHO, in which countries volunteer for a regular and transparent peer-to-peer review of their national capacities for emergency preparedness.

A pilot of the Universal Health Preparedness Review (UHPR) was undertaken in Sierra Leone from the 2nd to 5th May 2023. This country report details the UHPR process, the findings and recommendations.
