Overview

More than 19.5 million people in Yemen urgently require life-saving humanitarian assistance. Outbreaks of vaccine-preventable diseases and rising food insecurity have been worsened by environmental disasters and conflict in the region, which continue to devastate the country’s health infrastructure, increase the risk of mass casualties and impact importation of health commodities.
