The purpose of this Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is to establish a standardized process for uploading data to RespiMart. RespiMart, updated from FluMart, serves as a unified platform for sharing aggregated and case-based data from various applications and data sources. The platform facilitates reporting and analysis, as well as the exchange, harmonization, consolidation, and storage of surveillance data for respiratory viruses with epidemic and pandemic potential such as influenza, respiratory syncytial virus (RSV), and SARS-CoV-2.
