Your life, your health – tips and information for health and well-being
WHO has developed Your life, your health: Tips and information for health and wellbeing, as a new digital resource for the general public. It makes trustworthy health information understandable, accessible, and actionable for people across life phases.
The resource provides basic information on important topics, skills and rights related to health and well-being. For those who want to learn more, in-depth information can be accessed through links to WHO videos, infographics, and fact sheets.
Your life, your health tips and information are organized in five sections:
- By life phase
- How to find and use health information
- A healthy world
- Know your rights
- Other health topics
Individuals, communities, and organizations can use the resource to help build awareness and inform actions for health and well-being. It will be available in all six UN languages and can be adapted to other languages and contexts too.
At this stage, the resource is under continuing development to ensure that it is as useful and usable as possible across the world. We invite you to use this resource and share your experience to help us improve it to meet your health information needs.
Please note that this resource provides general evidence-based health information. For your specific health needs, please contact your local health and care services.
