- See a health worker to get information on sexual health and family planning
- See a health worker if you are having difficulty getting pregnant, such as after trying for 12 months or more
- Know that a missed menstrual period is often a sign of pregnancy
- Contact a health worker as soon as possible to confirm if pregnant
- Know that everyone has the right to get sexual and reproductive health care, including comprehensive abortion care (information, management of abortion, and post-abortion care)
