The World Health Organization (WHO) Philippines is looking for an institutional contractual partner to provide technical assistance in strengthening the monitoring of Adverse Events Following COVID-19 Vaccinations in the regional hubs in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao, under an Agreement for Performance of Work (APW) contract.
