All for Health, Health for All: Investment Case 2025–2028 Western Pacific

Overview

‘All for Health, Health for All: Investment Case 2025–2028, Western Pacific’ is the Region’s investment case that has been produced alongside the global investment case and the Fourteenth General Programme of Work (GPW 14) to capture the impact of a fully-funded WHO Western Pacific Region over the period 2025-2028.

Fully aligned with the GPW14, the regional investment case is built around the five strands of the new vision for Western Pacific Region: Transformative Primary Health Case for Universal Health Coverage; Climate-resilient health systems; Resilient communities and systems for health security; Healthier people throughout the life course; and Technology and innovation for future health equity.

The investment case is the key campaign document for the WHO Investment Round which aims to secure the full financing of GPW 14 through front-loaded, predictable, and flexible resources.
