On 19 September 2025, a WHO field team visited Aranyapur village under Community Health Centre Diyun in Changlang district and identified 10 children who had missed routine immunizations, including three who had never been vaccinated. The team counselled families and coordinated with government health teams to immunize all children during an outreach session—demonstrating the power of collaboration to reach underserved communities. WHO India worked with the Government of Rajasthan and programme officers in Jodhpur for training ASHAs on NCD documentation, follow-ups for hypertension and diabetes, and using the Pregnancy, Child Tracking and Health Services Management System mobile app for incentive claims.
