The monographs contained in this volume were prepared at the sixty-second meeting of the Joint FAO/WHO Expert Committee on Food Additives (JECFA), which met at FAO Headquarters in Rome, Italy, 4–12 February 2003. These monographs summarize the data on the safety of residues in food of selected veterinary drugs reviewed by the Committee.
