The Self-Help Plus (SH+) training manual is for people or organizations wanting to train SH+ facilitators. It contains all the information needed to deliver a training and implement SH+. Part A covers key information for setting up and implementing SH+, including training and supervision requirements . Part B provides detailed instructions for the training workshop.
SH+ is WHO’s 5-session stress management course for large groups of up to 30 people. It is delivered by trained and supervised non-specialist facilitators and uses pre-recorded audio and an illustrated guide (Doing What Matters in Times of Stress) to teach stress management skills. SH+ is suitable for adults who experiences stress, wherever they live and whatever their circumstances.
