The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) aims to provide decision-makers and health stakeholders at large with vital and up-to-date information on the availability of essential health resources and services, help them identify gaps, and determine priorities for intervention. 

HeRAMS has been operational in Iraq since July 2022, enabling the monitoring of health service delivery units (HSDUs) across the country. This report series offers a comprehensive update based on data from 5106 HSDUs, reported as of 14 November 2024. As HeRAMS deployment is still ongoing, including data verification and validation, the analysis presented here is not final and was produced solely for the purpose of informing operations.
