February - May 2023

Overview

The Health Resources and Services Availability Monitoring System (HeRAMS) aims to provide decision-makers and health stakeholders at large with vital and up-to-date information on the availability of essential health resources and services, help them identify gaps, and determine priorities for intervention.

Between February and May 2023, information on 4031 health service delivery units was gathered across the 10 most conflict-affected oblasts. This report presents data on 1471 health service livery units in five affected oblasts: Kharkivska, Donetska, Dnipropetrovska, Zaporizka, and Khersonska oblasts. It presents selected indicators relevant to the delivery of primary healthcare services including building condition, functionality, partner support, basic amenities, general services, sexual and reproductive health services, and NCDs services.
