Overview
The Microbiological Risk Assessment series entails all monographs resulting from meetings of the 'joint FAO/WHO expert meetings on microbiological risk assessment' (JEMRA), providing scientific risk assessments for selected pathogens as well as developing guidance for and providing expert advice on microbiological risk assessments.
The Microbiological Risk Assessment Guidance for Food (MRS36) provides descriptive guidance on how to conduct a risk assessment, utilizing a variety of foods and techniques.
